With the Africa Cup of Nations fast approaching, Canal+ has unveiled details of its plans for CANAL+ Sport to cover the entire competition.
The competition will kick off before the start of the tournament with a magazine program entitled "En Route pour la CAN" (On the Road to the CAN). Broadcast from May onwards, the magazine will focus on each of the teams in the competition, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and making predictions about their future performances.
During the competition, in addition to live broadcasts and coverage of the entire competition, another magazine program will be dedicated to the competition: Jour de CAN. Broadcast after each day of competition in the early evening, the magazine program will offer a summary of the matches, statistical analysis, debates between journalists, interviews, and reports.
On digital platforms, social media will be animated and fed with news, statistics, schedules, and match summaries throughout the competition, notably via a website specially designed for the event.
