A fourth season in the works for "C'EST LA VIE!"

In a recent interview with us, Alexandre Rideau, CEO of KEEWU, announced the upcoming start of writing and filming for the fourth season of "C'est la vie!"

Created in 2015 by Marguerie Abouet and produced by KEEWU Productions, this series follows daily life at a health center in Ratanga, an imaginary working-class neighborhood in Dakar, and addresses a range of topics such as health, women's rights, sexuality, polygamy, and corruption, with an educational focus.

This project is led by the NGO RAES (Senegal) and rolled out across West Africa with the support of AFD, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the French Muskoka Fund, which brings together four United Nations agencies (UNFPA, UN Women, WHO, UNICEF), and AmplifyChange.

C'est la vie! is broadcast on A+, A+ Ivoire, and TV5MONDE and is also made available to local channels free of charge and can be found on YouTube.

The first three seasons comprise a total of 90 episodes of 26 minutes each.

A radio version of the first two seasons has also been broadcast on RFI in French and Hausa.
