The integrated communications agency Opinion & Public BCW, a subsidiary of THOP The Holding Opinion and Public, has officially announced the appointment of Lerato Mpholo as Managing Director.
Originally from South Africa, Ms. Mpholo has worked for more than ten years in the public relations and communications sector at agencies such as BCW Africa and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, as well as advising international brands in the finance and technology sectors in Africa.
Lerato Mpholo succeeds Kwame Senou, founder of Opinion & Public BCW. He will now serve as Chief Executive Officer of THOP (The Holding Opinion and Public) and will continue to oversee the agency's key accounts.

Kwame Senou founded Opinion & Public in 2019 after working at Harmonies Media Group in Côte d'Ivoire. The public relations agency was subsequently affiliated with the BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe) group. Through this entity, Kwame Senou represented BCW in Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Benin, and Liberia.
In addition to creating this agency, Kwame Senou has also been behind the Brand Africa 100 ranking since 2010 and, more recently, the Brand Côte d'Ivoire ranking. These two rankings analyze and list brands and companies in Africa.
