The sixth edition of the LFC Awards came to a close on November 30, once again celebrating Cameroonian, African, and Caribbean cinema.
Orchestrated by screenwriter and director François Ellong, the LFC Awards aim to recognize Cameroonian filmmaking expertise as well as that of the diaspora.
Here are the winners of this edition:

The LFC Awards also bear the name of the webzine "Le Film Camerounais" (Cameroonian Film), created to encourage creativity and raise the profile of film professionals.
“Between then and now, there have undoubtedly been many changes. And it is clear that there are more and more high-quality works today. This is undeniable, even if financial resources remain a real obstacle. As a screenwriter and director, I use my credibility to give credibility to others who want to make films in Cameroon," the director said in an interview with Adweknow.
Françoise Ellong Gomez recently made a name for herself with the documentary series African Empires, specifically with the episode "Yennenga, the Warrior Princess," which she directed.
