WarnerMedia continues its expansion in French-speaking Africa thanks to a distribution agreement signed with Chinese television operator StarTimes.
CNN International, a news channel, and Warner TV, dedicated to series, will enrich the StarTimes packages broadcast on the continent in the following countries: Burundi, Guinea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, the Central African Republic, Mali, Cameroon, and finally Congo-Brazzaville.
Thanks to this new agreement, StarTimes is maintaining its ambition to diversify its offerings to meet the needs of African audiences. It should be noted that the Chinese group had already extended its partnership with Discovery and Fox after a few months of suspension.
