In partnership with UNESCO's Africa Group and the African Union, WAN invites you to experience Africa Week, UNESCO's African Week, from May 25 to 29, 2021.
Culture, Tourism, Economy, Technology, Art and Science: take part in panel discussions on the theme of Resilience.
Also on the program are two streaming concerts:
– Tuesday, May 25: discover new African pop music.
– Saturday, May 29: groove to the rhythms of Kongo music.
On May 25, 2020, the WAN initiative, in partnership with UNESCO, the African Union, RFI-FRANCE 24, (…) brought together the largest gathering of personalities from Africa and its diaspora since the Ali-Foreman fight in Kinshasa in 1974. Two hundred personalities were in attendance.

This year, Africa Week, UNESCO's African Week, will also pay a vibrant tribute to Manu Dibango.
