For various reasons related to the coverage of current events, the Burkinabe authorities decided to suspend TV5Monde Afrique twice: first on April 28 for a two-week suspension, and then on June 18 for a period of six months.
The Malian High Authority for Communication (HAC) suspended the channel for three months in Mali in September.
The channel is pleased to announce that these suspensions have been lifted.
TV5 Monde Afrique has therefore been broadcasting again in Mali since December 5 and in Burkina Faso since Wednesday, December 18.
