Totem Experience launches a major recruitment campaign in French-speaking Africa

In order to drive its growth in digital communication in Africa, TOTEM EXPERIENCE plans to recruit 25 additional employees in 2021.

The agency wants to strengthen its presence in Benin, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, and DR Congo, in addition to Guinea, France, and Ivory Coast, where the majority of its workforce is located.

Kahi Lumumba, co-founder and CEO of Totem Experience, believes that the health crisis has brought brands closer to their customers and that, in his opinion, "Advertisers' demands are increasing, particularly in terms of return on investment analysis, content creativity, and the ability to create engaged communities."

This is why TOTEM EXPERIENCE wants to provide each of its clients with dedicated teams.

The focus will be on talented individuals with a strong appetite for digital technology and whose experience has enabled them to develop a culture of creativity and results.

Three sales roles will support the development of ADICOM ACADEMY's business, while the other positions created will be digital project managers, social media managers, community managers, and web designers responsible for the success of TOTEM EXPERIENCE's clients.
