Mezzo, the music channel, will now be broadcast in Africa through Canal+ packages on channel 143, available in 22 countries across the continent.
Mezzo is a channel dedicated to classical music, jazz, opera, and dance. It belongs to the Lagardère group and is now available in more than 80 countries worldwide. Thanks to this launch, it will also be available in Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, and Togo.
"With this launch in Africa, Mezzo, which is already available in some 60 countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, is continuing its international expansion," said Caroline Cochaux, Deputy Director of Lagardere Active's TV division.
