Pay-TV operator StarTimes is expanding its partnership with Discovery and adding the two channels Investigation Discovery and Discovery Science to its packages.
StarTimes already broadcasts the channels Real Time, dedicated to African women, Discovery Family, and the English-language Investigation Discovery. Thanks to this new agreement, StarTimes is continuing its expansion into French-speaking African markets and enriching its content with the two new French-language channels. Investigation Discovery is a thematic channel specializing in documentaries about criminal investigations, while Discovery Science covers science, technology, and animals.
According to Lily Meng, head of StarTimes' media division, "We are delighted to further our partnership with Discovery by making these two extraordinary channels available to French-speaking families in Africa. We remain committed to enriching our packages with quality content so that our subscribers can enjoy the best television experience with StarTimes."
