RTI launches "YES," a program dedicated to entrepreneurship

While Côte d'Ivoire switched entirely to digital terrestrial television on October 21, 2021, competition continues between new channels to attract more and more viewers.

This competition is played out both in terms of audience measurement and content production and acquisition. TV studies conducted in Côte d'Ivoire have confirmed that the advent of DTT in the country has greatly stimulated the local audiovisual landscape.

According to the latest audience results for the first quarter of 2022 published by Médiamétrie, the cumulative television audience among viewers aged 15 and over continued to grow, reaching 97.2%, compared to 93.3% in the fourth quarter of 2021

and 85% in the

third quarter of 2021.

At the same time, the diversification of local content offerings has greatly expanded to capture more and more viewers. In line with this trend, RTI has chosen to integrate new entertainment content and produce new programs. To this end, the public broadcaster has just launched the program "Yes," dedicated to entrepreneurship.

The program, which consists of 32 26-minute episodes, is the brainchild of the production company LSA Prod Afrika, broadcast on the RTI 2 channel and presented by Franck Armel Toure. The aim of the program is to showcase innovative companies. "YES, the new program aims to be a bridge between dynamic, atypical seniors with rich backgrounds and the younger generation. This program will help viewers not only to better understand the current economic environment, but also to find the motivation they need to surpass themselves and commit to achieving new goals."
