Gondwana-City Productions and ADICOMDAYS are joining forces to promote African humor.
The partnership consists of an exchange of expertise in the fields of humor and digital technology, as well as the creation of a web humor award by ADICOM and GONDWANA-PROD, which will be presented by Mamane at ADICOMDAYS in 2020. The aim is to highlight and support the quality and creativity of African humor on the web.
ADICOMDAYS is also becoming a partner of the Abidjan Capitale du Rire Festival, which will take place in Abidjan from December 5 to 8. In this regard, they will participate in the Climate and Environment Conference: The Role of the Artist, which will take place on November 26 in the presence of many prominent figures.
For the record, GONDWANA CITY PRODUCTION is the Ivorian company of artist and comedian Mamane, who has worked hard in recent years to promote the emergence of a high-quality African scene. Thanks to productions such as the Parliament of Laughter, the Abidjan Capital of Laughter festival, the CFA Festival held annually in France, and the feature film Welcome to Gondwana, African humor is now recognized across the continent and beyond.
In the space of three years, ADICOMDAYS (Africa Digital Communication) has become a major event, establishing itself as the essential platform for the development of digital communication in Africa, supporting creative web talent and networking the players in this ecosystem.
