The African telecoms landscape welcomes a new brand, "Moov Africa," which brings together all the subsidiaries of the Maroc Telecom Group.
Present in Togo since 2015, Maroc Telecom Group, a leading African telecoms operator in several countries, is present in 11 countries on the continent: Morocco, Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Central African Republic, Chad, and Togo. It serves more than 70 million mobile, fixed-line, and internet customers.
Today, the Maroc Telecom Group is unveiling a new common identity that brings together all its subsidiaries. As of January 1, 2021, Moov Togo will now communicate under the "Moov Africa" brand name.
To assert this new identity, MOOV AFRICA is launching a joint communication campaign in all the countries where the Group operates: a continental campaign featuring world champion and sporting legend Teddy Riner, who is preparing to compete for his fourth Olympic medal and has lent his voice and image to the Maroc Telecom Group to proudly fly the flag for the global telecommunications operator, for which he has been an ambassador since 2017.
The new Moov Africa brand identity represents a new stage in the international development of the Maroc Telecom Group.
