Khady Touré, who studied journalism and communications, is an actress, film producer, and director of a communications company.

What does "Les Femmes d'Ici" mean to you?

Hannane Ferdjani
: Immense possibilities: the opportunity to discuss issues that are important not only to women but to society in general. "Les Femmes d'Ici" are diverse, strong, intelligent, funny, and dynamic.
Khady Touré
: I think it's great to have a program dedicated to women. Viewers need to see society as women see it.
Aurélie Eliam
: "Les femmes d'ici" inspires me with respect, consideration, and the diversity that African women embody, because African women are diverse, full of value and talent, and deserve to be talked about on this show.

It's a new program, so what should we expect?
K T: You can expect energy. (Laughter); topics that are as exciting as they are fascinating.
H F: Expect a program that is frank, varied, accessible, and engaging. No topic will be taboo, and we will talk about everything with enthusiasm and ease.
A E: It will be a program full of good humor, exciting topics, but also education and diversity.

Will "Les femmes d'ici" only deal with so-called women's issues?
K T: Not necessarily. It will be fairly balanced. Above all, we will choose topics that affect everyone.
A E: This program will be a kind of window through which we can analyze women in all their facets. It will also be an educational program that will help us learn and gain a deeper understanding of topics that have never been discussed before.
HF: We will have no limits. Especially no gender-related limits!!!

How will your program be different from what is currently being done?

HF: Our program will be different in both form and content. We will offer a talk show that addresses important issues with rigor and without fear of controversy. We will always strive to take the pulse of society and remain current.
A E: "Les femmes d'ici" will be different in the sense that it is a program that aims to be dynamic and full of interesting segments. The topics will be discussed in greater depth, and we will be there to bring good humor and joy to the set.
K T: Our program is 100% outspoken, completely open-hearted, and we will say what many people are thinking but don't dare to say.

"LES FEMMES D'ICI," hosted by Khady Touré, Hannane Ferdjani, Aurélie Eliam, and their columnists, airs Monday through Friday at 1:05 p.m. starting December 14 on NCI, the New Ivorian Channel.
