Havas Africa Gabon is creating new momentum by appointing Chrismain Babala as Managing Director, effective February 1, 2026.
A communications professional with over 17 years of experience in Central and West Africa, Chrismain Babala was in charge of communications for CANAL+ Benin, CANALBOX Benin, and A+ Benin before joining HAVAS AFRICA GABON.
In particular, he oversaw the launch of CANALBOX Benin in 2025 and helped position A+ Benin among the most watched channels in the country.
He previously worked at McCann Erickson Senegal, Orange Central African Republic, BGFI Bank Gabon, and AG partners Publicis Africa in Gabon.
At the helm of Havas Africa Gabon, his mission will be to accelerate the agency's digital transformation, strengthen its consulting position, and create greater impact for Gabonese brands and institutions.
