CANAL+, a brand that has won eight awards at the African Creativity Festival

The 5th Pitcher Festival of Creativity was held in Lagos, Nigeria, from May 17 to 21, 2022. These awards recognize African advertising creativity across various categories covering the entire spectrum of communication: media, digital, public relations, influence, and entertainment.

Three African campaigns by CANAL+ were recognized in different categories, including the demanding Craft category, which distinguishes technical excellence for the commercials Every Day Together and New App Launch, which also won awards in Film and Radio. In addition to these media categories, the use of brand ambassadors was recognized for the Customer Experience Platform, where station hosts answer questions from subscribers.

Among all the awards presented, these were the only advertising campaigns produced in French-speaking African countries to win prizes in a list of winners dominated by brands from Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and North Africa, where advertising markets are much more mature. CANAL+'s commitment to designing its advertisements with talent from the countries where the brand is present has thus been recognized.

These eight awards recognize the teamwork with the agencies that designed these creative ideas and the production companies that ensured the quality of the execution. These creative collaborations showcase the brand through campaigns with high media visibility that are positively perceived by CANAL+ prospects and subscribers.
