TV5Monde Afrique, the leading international channel in French-speaking Africa among viewers aged 30 and over

According to the latest Africascope* study, TV5MONDE Afrique is watched every week by nearly one in two viewers

(47.4%) aged 30 and over, maintaining its position as the leading international channel in terms of weekly audience share among this target group.

The channel has the highest audience share among executives and managers (8.6%)

and ranks second, with 74.1%, in weekly audience share among this same target audience.

It continues to enjoy very high brand awareness

among viewers aged 15 and over, with a score of 82.6%

. Nearly 99% of executives and managers are familiar with the TV5MONDE brand. It is also the best-known brand among those aged 30 and over.

TV5MONDE Afrique is available unencrypted on the SES 5 satellite alongside the children's channel TiVi5 and the lifestyle channel STYLE. It is also available on the main satellite operator platforms, in local DTT offerings and in those of mobile phone operators.

These excellent results for TV5MONDE Afrique, complemented by those of RFI and France 24 in the same survey, attest to the appeal of French and French-language channel packages, which continue to attract a large number of viewers and listeners.
