Nearly a year and a half passed between the launch of A+IVOIRE, the first to take the plunge, and that of Life TV, the latest addition.
Ivorian DTT channels were therefore finally launched one after the other, without any coordination or joint awareness campaign on the benefits of DTT and the need to purchase a DTT decoder.
Could this scattered launch have been avoided? It is doubtful, as it was clear by the end of 2018 that there would be no big bang.

It is therefore a race with a handicap that is beginning, which is a shame. Nevertheless, let us wish a long life to all these initiatives, which are giving a boost to the entire Ivorian audiovisual and advertising ecosystem.
