Viewers aged 4 to 6 watch it the most, averaging nearly one hour per day (55 minutes).
In 2020, TiVi5 MONDE is now the best-known children's channel in the African audiovisual landscape, with an average awareness rating of 87.4% in the four countries studied, an increase of +3 points compared to 2019. This level is even higher in Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire, where 9 out of 10 children say they are familiar with the TIVI5MONDE brand.
In Africa, TiVi5 MONDE is available unencrypted on the SES5 satellite alongside TV5MONDE and TV5MONDE Style, the channel dedicated to lifestyle, as well as in MMDS, DTT, and cable packages from local operators. This is particularly the case with free public DTT offerings in Benin, Senegal, and the Seychelles, and soon in the Comoros and Madagascar.
