Afrobytes 2021: Ghana, Nigeria, and the DRC will be in the spotlight

On May 25, 2021, World Africa Day, the fifth edition of Afrobytes, the international event dedicated to African tech, will be held.

As with all events planned during this pandemic period, Afrobytes will take place digitally around the theme "Innovating to improve African resilience."

Personalities and leaders from the world of tech, as well as entrepreneurs and business leaders, will come together to discuss the future of African tech through interactive panel discussions, networking sessions, and the presence of startups on the WAN 2021 TV Show.

For Haweya Mohamed, co-founder and CEO of Afrobytes: " It is a real source of pride to see this fifth edition take place. First of all, because Afrobytes brings together, unites, and federates the best of technological and economic innovation in Africa and the rest of the world. Secondly, this year's theme is both relevant to the context and essential when it comes to reflecting on issues that will have a significant impact on the future of the African continent. "

Morocco, Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria, and the DRC will be the countries honored at this fifth edition.

Afrobytes will take place online on May 25, 2021, starting at 12:00 p.m. GMT.
