The production company Instant2Vie opens a subsidiary in Senegal

Charly Kodjo, founder of the production company Instant2Vie, has just announced the launch of its activities in Senegal, in the city of Dakar.

This is a major step forward for the company, which was founded in 2014 and has gradually moved from photography to video production, notably with the production of the series "Ici c'est Babi" in partnership with TV5Monde and TRACE.

Today, Instant2Vie has clients in several West African countries, particularly Senegal, where it has been operating for more than five years.

As Charly Kodjo says: "We are setting up shop in Dakar so that we can be closer to our institutional and business clients. Furthermore, the opening of new movie theaters today represents a real opportunity to continue expressing and sharing the imagination of our continent. Through our collaborations with local producers, we plan to invest in the local production of popular feature films and in the training of young talent from the continent."

Training is indeed a real challenge for Charly Kodjo, who also created the Creative Lab, an initiative designed to meet the training needs of young African talent in the film and audiovisual industries. Through this program, Charly Kodjo has already trained and launched around 30 young people into the world of work in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.

This year, around 30 technicians from Senegal, Guinea, and Côte d'Ivoire will be trained with the help of FOPICA (Senegal), FONSIC (Côte d'Ivoire), and the Guinean Film Office.

"In our view, this approach represents the expression of true SOUTH-SOUTH cooperation. We are now a pan-African group promoting young African talent. We work on our various productions with 100% African talent," says the director of Instant2Vie production.
