Following NOVEGASY, SUNU YEUF, and MABOKE TV, ZACU TV is now the fourth local-language fiction channel published by the CANAL+ Group in sub-Saharan Africa.
As we announced last July, the acquisition of ZACU Entertainment, a major player in content production and distribution in Rwanda, enables the CANAL+ Group to strengthen its support for Rwandan audiovisual production through the production of original and exclusive content and the discovery of new Rwandan talent for the ZACU TV channel.
Available from October 3, ZACU TV will offer a unique and varied range of content, including:
- Four series from Monday to Friday, combining the best recent and previously unseen Rwandan series, as well as Indian series dubbed into Kinyarwanda for the first time
- Exclusive films or classics every night of the week
and music and magazines…
From its launch and in the coming months, viewers will be able to discover event series and unreleased films that have benefited from ZACU TV's support as co-producer, including:
THE BISHOP'S FAMILY, a series written and directed by Niyoyita Roger
And the film UWERA directed by Yuhi Amuli
From October 3, ZACU TV will be available exclusively on CANAL+ with the ACCESS subscription package in sub-Saharan Africa on channel 99.
From November 8, the channel will be available on channels 38 and 390.
