NCI, La Nouvelle Chaîne Ivoirienne, continues its fall programming season with the return of "Mme Tonkpi & Compagnie" for a second season.
After the success of the first season, consisting of 50 three-minute episodes broadcast Monday through Friday at 7:30 p.m. on TELE D'ICI and digitally (averaging 200,000 views per episode), NCI has just confirmed the signing of the second season with Yvidero.
This new season promises to be as exciting as the previous one, with the same recurring characters: KPAZAI, the incredible servant; Mr. TONKPI, the womanizer; and YVIDERO, alias Mrs. TONKPI, with her ever-effective retorts.
In an atmosphere that is sometimes zany and often electric, all topics are covered! YVIDERO, the main character, shares her frank opinions as she describes the ups and downs of everyday life in Côte d'Ivoire.
Season 2 of "Mme Tonkpi & Compagnie," which will also consist of 50 three-minute episodes, will air next spring on NCI.
