The inclusion and empowerment of women through digital technology is a way of providing access to the best professional opportunities and giving women their rightful place in the digital world.
With this in mind, Brazzaville will soon host the second edition of Women Digital Week.
The event was created to strengthen the digital skills of all female entrepreneurs and students who want to get started in the digital world. Africa is the leading continent for female entrepreneurship, with 24% of women choosing the entrepreneurial path.
In fact, the event itself was initiated by two African entrepreneurs working in the digital sector: Kriss Brochec and Daphné Niwaju. Held from March 14 to 19, 2022, the event will feature workshops, training sessions, and forums.
Through this event, the founders hope to contribute in their own way to reducing the gender digital divide on the continent.
