WALLACE is recruiting a Client Director to manage one of its strategic accounts. Based in Cotonou, he/she will be at the heart of the relationship between a major pan-African brand, a fast-growing independent creative agency, and a demanding regional ecosystem.
Role: Lead the account, coordinate teams, ensure campaign excellence, and drive overall performance in a dynamic, structured, and welcoming environment.
Desired profile:
Minimum of 7 years of agency experience.
Proven experience with a telecom operator account in Africa.
Strong strategic, operational, and financial background.
Bilingual in French and English essential.
Natural leadership, rigor, attention to detail, and customer relations.
The position is 100% on-site in Cotonou (Benin).
