CANAL+ EUROPE – comprising the Group's subscription pay-TV activities (including OTT) and free-to-air advertising-supported television in France, French overseas territories and adjacent territories, Poland, Central Europe and Benelux (through its wholly-owned subsidiary M7), as well as telecommunications services in French overseas territories;
CANAL+ AFRICA AND ASIA – comprising subscription pay-TV and free-to-air advertising-funded television activities, GVA, CanalOlympia theaters across French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, as well as subscription pay-TV activities in Vietnam, Myanmar, and the Pacific;

In this new configuration, Canal+ Group will become a unique international media group, active in both mature and fast-growing markets. As of December 31, 2023, this new entity would have generated €6.2 billion in revenue, €472 million in adjusted operating income (EBITA) and €315 million in net operating cash flow (CFFO).
Its total number of subscribers is estimated to have reached approximately 26.8 million on the same date, including 16.0 million outside France (representing approximately 60% of its subscriber base). With Dailymotion and the OTT platform myCanal, Canal+ Group is estimated to have a global audience of more than 400 million monthly active users.
In recent years, Canal+ Group has made significant investments in technology, spending around €1 billion per year (particularly in its broadcasting and streaming infrastructure, software development, customer relationship management, etc.) in order to offer a unique, cutting-edge customer experience on its myCanal and Dailymotion platforms.
