On March 2, TV5Monde Afrique unveiled a new web series called "Ton plat, mon plat" (Your dish, my dish) at the META premises.
It was in 2019, during the third edition of Adicomdays, that TV5Monde announced the launch of its "TV5Monde Webcréations" label. This new label aims to promote French-speaking talent through short formats such as webcasts and web series broadcast entirely digitally. These exclusive programs are aimed particularly at young audiences (15-35 years old) with the main themes of Africa, culture, and the French language.
Today, TV5Monde unveils a new web series, "Ton plat, mon plat" (Your dish, my dish), with Stéphane Sacré, alias L'EXCES, and chef Youness Abogaïsse. Here's the pitch:
"Africa is known for its colors, energy, music, cultures, and above all, the diversity of its cuisine. Ton Plat Mon Plat is a web series that aims to promote African cuisine, but that's not all: it also highlights African values such as sharing, conviviality, and talent.
