The winners of the TV5MONDE show Les Nouveaux Boss (The New Bosses)

The finale of the show Les Nouveaux Boss, broadcast on TV5MONDEs, took place in Abidjan on January 24 and crowned two winners from among the ten finalists.

Wissal Ben Moussa and her Sand to Green solution for transforming arid land into arable land. Originally from Guelmin (Morocco) and from a family of farmers, she co-founded this pioneering agri-tech company, which combines regenerative agriculture, renewable energy, and digital technologies. Sand to Green is currently the only company offering a turnkey solution for regenerating arid land.

Wilfried Dabiré, born in Ivory Coast, is the founder of Eazy Chain, a solution designed to open up maritime freight transport in West Africa. In this region, nearly 90% of maritime trade between neighboring countries passes through international routes, resulting in high costs and significant delays. Eazy Chain is revolutionizing transport with a coastal shipping vessel connecting West African ports (Abidjan, Lomé, Dakar, etc.) and a digital shipment management platform, which reduce logistics costs by 40% and develop regional trade for SMEs.

These two candidates won the support of the international jury of investors composed of Elisabeth Moreno (President of Ring Capital), Hasnae Taleb (Founder of Mintiply Capital), and Ali Mnif (Investment Director at Digital Africa).

Several other contestants also received funding and partnership offers thanks to the visibility they gained from appearing on the show.

Les Nouveaux Boss, dedicated to promoting African youth, was broadcast not only on TV5Monde Afrique but also on all TV5 MONDE channels. The program was watched in 160 different countries and exceeded 90 million views on TV5MONDE's digital platforms, thereby actively contributing to the international influence of the French-speaking world in the economic sphere.
