The next FIFA World Cup, officially named the FIFA World Cup 2026™ – Canada, Mexico, and the United States, will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
For the first time, it will bring together 48 teams and will take place in three different countries: Canada, Mexico, and the United States, and in 16 different cities: 12 in the United States, two in Canada, and two in Mexico.
The semifinals will take place on July 14 and 15 in Dallas and Atlanta, and the final will be played on July 19 in New York.
In total, this World Cup will feature 72 group stage matches and 32 knockout stage matches, which will include the round of 32 for the first time.
Remember that for the first time, nine teams will represent Africa.
