The CANAL+ Afrique package is expanding with six new channels and launching English-language packages.

As part of its new service plan, the CANAL+ AFRIQUE package is introducing a number of new features.

CANAL+ channels now have two new offerings:

CANAL+ POP and CANAL+ PREMIÈRE, which bring together a range of unique and exclusive content, including the latest blockbusters, major international series, and documentary events. It is also the channel for the first broadcast of CANAL+ ORIGINAL series, 100% African productions, directed and performed by African talent. The broadcast of MANJAK will be followed by MAMI WATA and MYSTÈRE D'IVEZA, the first Gabonese CANAL+ ORIGINAL series, created and directed by Samantha Biffot, and filmed entirely in Gabon.CANAL+ PREMIÈRE also offers a new program that celebrates all of Africa: SOUS LA LUMIÈRE, an interview magazine presented by Robert Brazza.

In addition, NATHAN TV, 7 INFOS, the 24-hour news channel created for Ivorian digital terrestrial television, ECCLESIA TV, the national Catholic television channel owned by the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Ivory Coast, and MADI TV, an entertainment channel based in the Democratic Republic of Congo aimed at young Congolese women, are joining the CANAL+ channel lineup.

At the same time, CANAL+ is launching English Packs, which include a range of English-language channels (13,000 CFA francs per month for the DSTV English Plus pack).
