Satellite television operator Startimes has launched the first edition of the Pan-African Online Film Festival.
Driven by its ambition to support and promote audiovisual creation in Africa, Startimes has chosen to launch this festival on its OTT platform, Startimes ON. Based on a quarterly competition, StarTimes will award prizes for the best film, the best short film, and the best music video. StarTimes ON users will be invited to vote for all the videos in the competition.
