But the Franco-Senegalese director's first feature film, which received the Grand Prix du Jury, also caught the attention of streaming giant Netflix.
Netflix has announced that it has acquired the distribution rights to "Atlantique," which will be available to subscribers outside China, Benelux, Switzerland, Russia, and France.
