Armand SATO began his career as a telecommunications and media consultant for British Telecom and then Groupe Open. For several years, he supported a number of French companies in innovative activities such as VoD, IPTV, and e-commerce. He then managed various departments and activities at SFR. Since 2017, he has been responsible for Technical Management and Business Development at C+ Telecom in the Indian Ocean. In particular, he launched and developed FTTx activities and the Triple Play offering. Armand holds a degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from ESGI Paris and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
