Starting Saturday, April 3, Afrique Hebdo, hosted by Valériane Gauthier, will feature a new culinary segment called Chap Chap, presented by chef Loïc Dablé, one of the greatest chefs on the African continent, who has worked in the Parisian kitchens of Apicius, the Georges V hotel, and Le Meurice. Two Saturdays a month, the chef will prepare a dish, starter, or dessert from Africa.
