At the presentation of the 2022 White Paper of the Francophone Union held on Thursday, July 7, Christian Cappe, its president and also Director General of the Luchon Festival, unveiled the dates of the upcoming events he is organizing.
The 4th Indian Ocean Meetings will take place from November 23 to 25, 2022, on Reunion Island. The program will include conferences and workshops on digital sovereignty, digital disruption, innovation in content and distribution, multilingualism in communication, and more.
These meetings will also be an opportunity to present the Grand Prix for Creativity and Innovation.
The 24th edition of the Luchon TV Festival is getting a makeover and will be held from January 31 to February 5, 2023, with the following program:
- the International Television Meetings
- previews of French and French-language series and documentaries
- Les Dossiers de l'Ecran: debates and conferences open to the general public, inspired by the concept of the famous television program
- Spain: an original and unique program of unreleased Spanish fiction works with a Spanish jury
- networking opportunities for professionals, including lunches and dinners, all over a period of seven days, compared to four days in the past.
