Côte Ouest Audiovisuel and Agora Services Group are joining forces to develop a VOD platform called "Butterfly."
In addition to its activities as the largest independent distributor of African audiovisual content, Côte Ouest, based in Côte d'Ivoire and Mauritius, is working on the development of the Butterfly video-on-demand platform, which will consist of content owned by Côte Ouest and made available to telecom operators across the continent.
