C'EST LA VIE – NEW GENERATION, exclusively on TV5 Monde

"C'est la vie – nouvelle génération" extends the universe of the hit series "C'est la Vie,"
created in 2015 in Senegal by Marguerite Abouet and broadcast on TV5 Monde and A+, as
well as on social media.
Considered edutainment, the series aimed to educate viewers about health issues. It
addressed topics related to health, sexuality, and
women's rights, including abortion, polygamy, domestic violence, female
genital mutilation, early marriage, and corruption.
Through these 25 26-minute episodes, the new season of "C'est la vie – nouvelle
génération" abandons its educational objective in favor of a mix of drama, comedy, and social
commentary. Between police investigation, romantic comedy, and first loves, the series
reveals the complexity and vitality of RATANGA, an imaginary neighborhood in DAKAR.
Synopsis
A man dies of poisoning on the operating table at the Ratanga health center, and
all eyes turn to Dr. Moulaye. Only Korsan can prove his
innocence… if she hadn't lost her memory after a mysterious attack!
Marguerite, Emade, and Magar embark on a race against time to save
Moulaye and uncover a disturbing conspiracy.
