The French television channel dedicated to e-sports, ES1, will now be available in Africa on Canal+ packages via the Evasion package on channel 113. It will be available in countries such as Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Mauritania, Niger, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, and more.
Created by Webedia in January 2018, ES1 is a channel entirely dedicated to video games. It offers a programming schedule based on four types of content: magazines on the theme of e-sports, gaming sessions commented on by leading French champions and players, broadcasts of competitions, exclusive documentaries, and the Africa Game Show, the largest African e-sports event, which took place in November 2017 in Casablanca.
