Dupuis Publishing and the ONO Afrique webtoon platform are launching the Afrotoon call for submissions to discover the African talents of tomorrow!
The objective of this call for projects is to create an ambitious African webtoon series with high-quality graphics and storytelling, with the potential to appeal to an international audience!
The call for projects is open to any individual aged 18 or over on the date of participation. Teams of two or three are accepted.
Participants must be French speakers and submit their applications in French.
Participation is free of charge.
Submitted projects must be unpublished, i.e., they must not have been the subject of a publication contract (projects self-published on platforms or social networks remain eligible).
The call for projects is open from March 18 to May 18, 2025.
To participate, candidates must send the required documents by email to afrotoon@ono.live with the subject line "Afrotoon Application" before May 18.
The call for projects will result in the selection of one or two projects, which will then be developed for publication.
The final results will be announced in June 2025.
