On February 6, 2025, Senegal's Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications, and Digital Economy unveiled a list of Senegalese media outlets that comply with the provisions of the Press Code.
Last December, 10 television channels were registered and deemed to be in compliance with the provisions of the Senegalese Press Code (in bold below). In its latest update, the Ministry has approved the compliance of 16 additional television channels.

In addition, 102 community radio stations have also been declared compliant with the press code, as well as 28 print media groups, 48 online media groups, and 22 Web TV stations.
A total of 639 media outlets registered on the DMS platform, and 258 were declared compliant with the Press Code.
