2022 White Paper: New operational recommendations in seven areas

Christian Cappe, Director General of the Luchon TV Festival, organized a presentation on Thursday, July 7, of proposals for "a five-year audiovisual policy in the French-speaking world," developed with the help of seven working groups that met during the Luchon TV Festival's professional meetings last February.

These recommendations are a new chapter in the UNION's White Paper and follow on from the one published after the 3rd Indian Ocean Meetings held in Réunion in June 2021.

This White Paper covers the following areas of activity:

  • Circulation of programs within the French-speaking world. Rapporteurs: Nora Melhli and Hervé Michel
  • The future of animation production in France. Rapporteur: Claude-Yves Robin
  • Educational and digital audiovisual media. Rapporteur: Yannig Raffenel
  • Genre and diversity. Rapporteur: Catherine Jean-Joseph Sentuc

A booklet containing details of all the recommendations is available from L’Union francophone.
