Former CEO of Moroccan telecoms operator Inwi, Frédéric Debord has just been promoted to CEO of Orange Cameroon following the resignation of Cameroonian Elisabeth Medou Badang.
Mr. Debord's appointment, effective immediately, was approved by the company's board of directors at a meeting held on Wednesday, February 14, in Douala.
A graduate in political science, Frédéric Debord worked at Orange Dominique between 2001 and 2004.
He then left the company and joined Altice, a multinational group based in Amsterdam, as CEO.
