On Thursday, January 31, Fabrice Sawegnon, CEO of the Voodoo Group, announced on social media the acquisition of Vibe Radio Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal, previously owned by the Lagardère Group through its subsidiary LARI.
Fabrice Sawegnon is also president of Life TV, one of four new private digital terrestrial television channels associated with the M6 Group.

The Voodoo Group's media offering is now enhanced by the two Vibe radio stations based in Dakar and Abidjan. This new acquisition is part of a global strategy implemented by Voodoo, which aims to become the leading communications and media group in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa.
