More than a billion people in over 180 countries use WhatsApp to stay in touch with friends and family anytime, anywhere in the world. That's why Wari has decided to partner with the instant messaging service dedicated to professionals.

Through WhatsApp Business, the Senegalese company will provide access to its financial services via the mobile app owned by digital giant Facebook. Users will be able to access frequently used Wari services via MyWari and initiate financial transactions, including:

– Opening a Wari account

– Topping up a Wari account

– Phone credit

– Sending and receiving money

– Paying bills and TV subscriptions

Through this new partnership, Wari aims to enable its users to carry out transactions, communicate, and easily perform all their operations at the same time. The service is currently available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

Wari thus aims to increase its presence on different continents. "We have been working for several months to globalize our platform through strategic acquisitions and partnerships on all continents. We are continuing to develop our services and distribution channels, always with the aim of creating a standard for connecting people in all countries and making financial inclusion a reality, thereby building the world of tomorrow," says Kabirou Mbodje, President and CEO of Wari.
