Abidjan hosts the third season of The Voice Afrique Francophone

The pan-African television channel Voxafrica has officially launched the third season of the talent show The Voice Afrique Francophone.

For this third season, Côte d'Ivoire has been chosen to host the filming of the show. It is the first country in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa to host the event. South Africa, where the first two seasons of the show were produced, has been severely affected by the Covid-19 health crisis. The Voxafrica teams led by Rolande Kammogne therefore chose Abidjan to produce the third season of The Voice Afrique francophone.

The dates of March 13, 20, and 27, 2021, will mark the major stages of the competition open to the public, namely the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.

RTI will be the technical partner for the event and will broadcast all the key stages of The Voice Afrique Francophone, hosted by coaches Charlotte Dipanda, Lokua Kanza, Nayanka Bell, and Hiro.
