With an 11.4% audience share across the eight countries surveyed in the Africascope 2020 study, NOVELAS TV significantly outperforms other pan-African channels.
In second place, all CANAL+ SPORT channels combined achieved a 4.6% audience share, with TV5MONDE completing the podium with a 4.2% share.
NOLLYWOOD TV (3.9% audience share) and ZEE MAGIC TV (3.6% audience share) ranked fourth and fifth.
In terms of cumulative audience or daily coverage, NOVELAS TV also took first place with 26.2% daily coverage, followed by TV5MONDE (13.7%), NOLLYWOOD TV and FRANCE 24 (13%), and A+ (11%).
The other channels in the TOP 10 pan-African channels are ACTION, CANAL+ ACTION, and TRACE AFRICA.
