CANAL+ is preparing an African version of the show 4 MARRIAGES FOR A HONEYMOON, which aired successfully on TF1 for six seasons starting in 2011, for release in October.
Each week, this reality TV show follows four brides-to-be who put their weddings up for competition. The weddings are judged and scored on several criteria: wedding dress, reception hall decoration, meal, opening dance, wedding atmosphere, etc.
The bride with the highest score wins an incredible honeymoon.
A call for applications was launched on the CANAL+ AFRIQUE Facebook page last March, but the search for candidates continues. Filming of the first episodes has just begun.
The show will be broadcast every day from Monday to Friday on CANAL+ starting in October.
