A few weeks ago, the Totem Experience team officially announced the launch of the fifth edition of Adicomdays, the event that brings together the major players in digital technology on the African continent.
The next edition of Adicomdays will take place in two stages, first in Abidjan on October 28, then in Dakar on December 3 and 4, 2021.
As every year, the Adicomawards will reward African digital creativity. Last year, more than 1,000 entries were submitted in an attempt to win this major competition. Seven big winners were honored at the end of the ceremony, including Axel Merryl Sofonnou, a Beninese video creator living in France, in the Humor category, and Polus Agathon Koui in the Tech category. A blogger, creator of digitalman.blog, and columnist on the RTI1 program "Cmidi," Koui won an award in the Tech category.
This year, the competition, presented by TV5Monde Afrique, will once again reward creative talent in the African digital sphere. The competition will reward nine categories: travel, fashion and beauty, innovation, food, social impact, tech, young talent, humor, and micro-influence. After the application phase, it will be up to the public to vote for the validated candidates.
