The 10 nominees for the 7th edition of the RFI Talents du Rire Award are as follows:
Initiated by comedian Mamane, a columnist* on the global radio station, in collaboration with RFI and Gondwana-City Productions, this award showcases new talent in comedy and rewards a young French-speaking artist from Africa, the Indian Ocean, and the Caribbean. The competition is open to all comedians residing in Africa, the Indian Ocean, and the Caribbean.
The winner will receive their prize on stage at our African Comedy Awards ceremony, to be held on December 11, 2021, in Niamey, Niger, as well as a cash prize of €4,000.
