The 26th edition of the Ecrans Noirs Festival took place from November 2 to 4 in Cameroon, in the city of Yaoundé, with the central theme "Cinema, a total art form."
Presented as one of the must-see events for cinema in Central Africa, the Écrans Noirs festival aims to promote African cinema and each year rewards the continent's best audiovisual productions, with the best feature film receiving the prestigious "Écran d'or" award. For a quarter of a century now, the festival has sought to be a meeting place for the general public, actors, directors, technicians, producers, and all film professionals in Africa.
